Many men are taught that “confidence” means walking up to any woman and striking up a conversation. But in reality, approaching a random woman who has not shown any sign of interest in you can often backfire. Not only does it waste your time and energy, but it can also lower your value in her eyes. Men get attracted to women’s external beauty. Women, however, get attracted to men’s internal strength and resilience. If you leave your focus, your work, or your purpose just to chase a woman, you display weakness. But when you remain disciplined, emotionally resilient, and not easily shaken, women naturally notice and admire you.
