1. Order Issues & Damaged Items
We only accept returns or offer replacements/refunds if there is:
- A damaged, defective, or misprinted item
- An incorrect item received (wrong size, color, or design)
- An item lost in transit (after confirmed shipping)
If your order has any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@manishgoswami.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the product issue
Our team will review your request, and if approved, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
2. Returns Not Accepted
Since our products are custom printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse (e.g., changing your mind after ordering)
- Wrong size or color ordered by the customer (please check the size guide before purchase)
- Delayed shipping due to customs, international transit, or uncontrollable courier issues
3. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of purchase. After this, the order is sent into production and cannot be stopped.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only processed if:
- A replacement is not possible, OR
- The product is returned due to a verified defect
Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method in 5–10 business days after approval.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local carrier for assistance.
6. International Orders & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping fees.
