The kind of very eternal love they show in movies. There is no such filmy love in real world, it is limited to TV & Movies only. In fact all those boys who think that their high school or college girl is still with them because of love, are in some sort of illusion. She is with him either because he has been able to make money or because she could not catch a better guy.
Actually what happens, When a girl enters her puberty her hormones take over her brain. During that age she starts getting sexually attracted towards boys, regardless of his age, cast, creed, abilities and financial status. And at that age only, all those childish things like eloping and all happen but once a girl crosses that age, her hormonal rush gets mitigated. She gets back into her senses, she starts thinking with brain and then she starts taking decisions which assures better future for her.
During the age of puberty it is just sexual attraction. After that, it is always a very thoughtful decision to assure a better life for herself. There is no filmy love.
It’s in women psyche to find a better and capable male for herself; one who can provide more resources and it’s in men psyche to find a more fertile girl for himself. Women are naturally attracted towards masculine men and Men are naturally attracted towards feminine women. You will also notice, The girls who are competing with men, trying to be more and more like men have very few men falling for them. Similarly women never find any attraction in feminine men; men who are very girlish in their behavior.
We humans are also polygamous by nature. It’s our social construct which forces us to be monogamous otherwise we are very polygamous by nature. In countries like India it’s the pressure of society and family which keeps us from following our natural instinct. However, Even in our country those who can are already going with their basic nature.
You can see it already happening among people who are very rich like celebrities and politicians who know they don’t have to care about society. Well if I give you some examples tell me why Kareena left Shahid for Saif? why Rani Mukherjee Married a already married guy? Why Vidya balan married a guy who was married twice? Why Amir left his wife for younger women? Why Arbaz khan left Malaika for younger women?
Many say it is the lifestyle of those celebs but It is not their lifestyle, they are just following their natural instinct. They know they don’t have to answer anyone. They have no pressure of society at least in this particular case to conform. And hence they can freely follow their natural instinct.
In fact If you notice around carefully keeping all your TV and movie garbage aside you will understand what’s actually happening in real world around you also. I can give you many examples even from my life where girls left my friends for richer and more settled guys.
Well why I am telling you all this? I am telling you all this because I want to save you from pain and unnecessary complications that you may fall into because of following fake and false narrative that TV and movies are feeding into you.
Start thinking realistically and not how these movies and TV are telling you to. Because if you think there is some One out there made for you who will come in your life and you will start having rainbows around you, you are living in a big illusion. You are creating a problem for yourself. You are preparing yourself to be hurt, because obviously you are dreaming about something which does not exist in real world.
TV and movies are giving you fake desires with their scripted stories. There is no eternal love, there are no angels, there are no unicorns. In reality there are just humans ; humans with brain & hormones, humans with emotions & feelings, humans with needs & wants, humans with lust & greed, humans with desires and aspirations.
